The short version
Wheelcade runs in your browser. Your wheels, entries, history, and settings live in your own browser's local storage unless you create an account to sync them. We don't run ads, we don't sell data, and we never touch money â donation buttons simply open your own payment apps.
What we store, and where
- Without an account: everything (entries, ledger, draw history, saved wheels, settings) is stored only in your browser's local storage on your device. It never leaves your device.
- With an account: if you sign up or sign in, your email address and the same app data (entries, ledger, history, saved wheels, settings) are stored with our database provider (Supabase) so they can sync across your devices. This data is private to your account.
Signing in with Google or Apple
If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your basic profile information (your email address and name) from that provider, used solely to create and identify your account. We never see your password, and we do not receive or request access to anything else in your Google or Apple account.
Payments and donations
Wheelcade is not a payment processor and never holds or transfers funds. Donation buttons deep-link to the host's own Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, or Zelle. Any payment happens entirely inside those apps, under their privacy policies.
Share links and receipts
Share links encode the current entry list in the link itself â anyone you send a link to can see those names. Draw receipt links encode the winner's name, draw code, and time. Only share them with people who should see them.
Cookies and tracking
Wheelcade sets no advertising or analytics cookies and uses no third-party trackers. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process standard technical request logs (such as IP addresses) to serve and protect the site.
Deleting your data
Without an account, clear your browser's site data for wheelcade.com. With an account, contact us and we will delete your account and synced data.
